Carburab
CARBURAB was created in 1962 and was the first factory in Arve Valley to produce square tools for precision machining.
Novoutils
Novoutils was created in 1963 and was the first workshop of the Arve Valley to produce customs cutting tools.

HISTORY
In September 1991, Novoutils was bought by our present CEO.
Then, ADEMVA and CARBURAB were bought in June 2004 and September 2004.
Today, this groupment allows us to provide you with a large range of custom cuttings tools and custom forming tools.
Our range of products is also supported by our partners in standard tools Dieterle, Hommel & Keller , Kennametal, Emuge-Franken and Diametal.
In 2017, the present CEO invested in the expansion of the factory:
- Expansion of the workshop, an organized working space
- An internal employee area.
- An pique-nic area.
